That is very interesting, and amazing. I have definitely wondered about what cayenne can do, and am wanting to try that myself-though I will wait patiently for the opportunity, :) Thanks for the testimony.

Thank you also for your support and for the work you are doing here; you have made some great posts. People can learn from you, and I will be watching your progress in your own healing, as that will be quite a story! How do you manage to begin another fast so soon after finishing 45 days? You don't need to answer that now, as I realize you are supposed to be submerged-or something-good luck with the new fasting.
