Look up pyroluria..it causes zinc and b6 deficiency. I ordered a test online and should be getting it soon. Im pretty sure i have pyroluria since my zinc blood test was within the LOW normal range even though i was supplementing. I'll probably retest the zinc too.

-Zinc is important for hormones, thyroid, acne

-When you have low zinc, you overproduce dht (which causes excess hair growth: hirsutism!)

-Pyroluria and zinc deficiency play a role in anxiety, mood disorders, depression, schizophrenia

-Pyroluria is also characterized by digestive issues

-Zinc deficiency is often in those that are anorexic

-People with pyroluria often have bad breath (Zinc appears to block the production of gases in anaerobic bacteria, greatly reducing the objectionable odor of halitosis)

I'll post the results when I get them!
