Prescribing everyone a vegan diet for good health is roughly equivalent to an MD who prescribes all sick patients antibiotics. Might work for 30 % of them but the rest will not improve and may actually get worse. This is "one shoe size fits all' or the term I like best "a one trick pony".

Hmmm, I am having a great ribeye, rare and grassfed natural of course. None of that grain fed feed lot stuff for me. Pass me the sea salt! Tasted great after my mid morning glass of fresh celery, carrot, spinach, apple and ginger juice. Aaah I just felt that protein and fat make my gall bladder purge. So no need to do a coffee enema to purge the gallbladder like those Gerson people do. Yuck! Think I will have a fresh farm egg with banana smoothie for breakfast in the morning!
