Couple of quick questions...

I have heard that rehmannia is a good tonic.
What are kidney yin herbs and what are kidney yang herbs?
I am assuming they would also help the adrenals...

From what I have read - looks like the first thing I need to do is address my adrenal, kidney yin (and yang) issues...

I can't handle Dr Schulz's Intestinal Cleanser 1 or `
Christopher's Lower Bowel due to the cascara and senna - very very strong and lead to dependence easily...i do love the aloe though.
