hey Wings that is a great idea about making the seasoning like that ..I might get in there and experiment with it too if I feel like it..I do love that stuff too especially on Watermelon (big grin) it does sound like a challenge ...and I like creating new and better stuff or should I say better for ya.. cause I love to eat..LOL and eat good..

Yes I am on the cayenne #1 from Uny its not that bad at all for me .. I am actually getting used to hot stuff now..LOL I add cayenne to a lot of foods .. this morning I crushed up my garlic and put 2 squirts of cayenne in with my juice.. and it was really good..

I am making some potassium broth also.. I hope its good..
I have kale,parsley ,turnip,25 cloves garlic,onion,carrots, and taters,oh and beet roots.. cooked the beets seperately and threw some ACV and some stevia in there and a dash of Sea Salt .. I love me some pickled beets too.. haven't had em yet though..gonna through em in the fridge for a few days..

I noticed since I didn't do castor oil pack or enema last night ,or no enema today ..I've had a headache off an on .. my poor liver is so messed up... I am gearing up for the ole dose of olive oil and lemon juice..haha..took 2 IF1s today to get myself loosened up in there LOL ..so far it hasn't worked for me.. took 3 doses of charcoal today too... gonna take the flush drink around 9 tonight ..I am also having pains in my middle back area too .. uhmmm ..ok what is that all about? anyways I will live if it don't kill me. haha.. just kidding..

I don't know your whole story there Wings but I hope you conquer all you set out to do my friend...


thanks for putting me on your prayer list ..I need it..LOL.. gonna say a few myself .. I don't go to church but I do believe in the Lord .. and I sure wouldn't be here now without him..
