Nola, every morning when I first get up, no matter what, I have a time of prayer followed by positive affirmations. When somebody asks me to pray for them, I DO! I pray for EVERYBODY that comes to this forum, and a lot of other dear folks. So, on to the prayer list you go!

On Tony Chachere's- oh, man, I LOVE that stuff. I used to live in Cajun Country and got hooked on it. Yum! BUT- it's very unhealthy. Are you on cayenne yet? If you can handle Tony Chachere's, you can handle a little cayenne from Uny. Hmmmm. Now you got me thinking! Maybe between the two of us we can create a little creole seasoning mix that IS healthy that we can sprinkle in our carrot or green drinks. Lemme see what I can put together this week. Sounds like a fun challenge. :-)
