I took 10,000 daily IU for a month and I went from 20 - 25.

I posted a video on YouTube and an ECHutchinson offered great suggestions and links which influenced my next step:

For the past two weeks I have upped my Vit D3 intake to 50,000 IUs. As for results Spring is here so I wonder if that is helping with my mood and energy. Or it could be the Vit D finally absorbing....
