 Have you tried taking quercetin throughout the day? It is antihistamine, anti-inflammatory, and breaks down in to rutin to stabilize the capillaries. I recommend 500mg 3 to 4 times daily. Get straight quercetin, NOT the QBC (quercetin, bromelain, vitamin C).
