II was once told years ago that I had a fatty liver and I do have high cholesterol but not on their drugs

do you know anything that helps metabolic syndrome

recently I am dealing with early blood Sugar or possible diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and triglycerides and low good
cholesterol, and Hyperuricemia (high uric acid in the blood leading to gout which is getting worst and very painful) ..and fatty liver is often associated along with obesity and other stuff

it seems hard to reverse this syndrome..any help would be appreciated.
