Please join me! I'm on Day 7 juice fasting; just finished the 5-day kidney cleanse (I did 8 days) and am feeling pretty good! It doesn't even feel like that much of a fast to me with the help of superfood, coconut oil and honey. So far, Day 2 was the toughest day because of a SUDDEN drop of body temperature and my body just cramped up as a result. But, things have gotten much easier since the discovery of the ThermaCare heat wraps. As for bowel management, I'm still playing with the dosage of IF#1&2. I do feel, my stomach specifically is a little overloaded at the moment, and was planning to do a water fast. I think I'll decrease the overall intake of liquid but up the dosage of IF#2 today and do the Water Fast tomorrow. And then I'll start the 5-day liver cleanse followed by a big flush...
