Thx for the sample schedule...It came just in time! I'm on Day 7 of a juice fast, have been struggling with the schedule and feeling a little overloaded and need a rest; hence the water fast! Couple of questions...

1. What do you do with bowel management during a Water Fast (no herbs including IF#1&2)? Is it okay to have NO bms during a water fast?

2. The sample schedule suggests taking the D-TOX formula and/or Echineacea Plus. Is that D-TOX formula same as the Blood Detox in the 10-day liver cleanse package? (p.s. The link to the D-TOX formula is broken/wrong. Anybody with a proper link?)
