The IP is a 30 day juice fast...with an optional "7th day of rest" each week (water only).

So she's going to be juice fasting 26 days (and doing the complete protocol daily)...and then having 4 days of Water Fasting (no herbs, no protocols, just complete rest on the 7th day of each week).
