Sorry; I just drifted away off topic when I found a general connection (possibly) with sound sensitivity. It was not meant for your case in particular
The homeopath in me sometimes wake up from sleep; interesting stuff, but complicated to understand at times.


I dont know if you have read the info in http://www.watercure.com
or the info dr Mercola has on himalaya salt. (other salts will do too, but his info is very thorough) If not I suggest you do; it was a big revelation for me to learn about salt; and the ones I know of with high or low BP have had it regulated after some time on Sea Salt .
Also great for sleep, relaxation, pain +++
