Hi, just saw your post. Yeah, we have to wake up and say what are we doing. I get like that even now, as I am just looking for a quick feel good but in the end I feel bad and the road back to good health is difficult.

I have come a long way and sometimes I can't believe this. My mom and sister are shocked that I lowered all my blood levels by diet alone. We do not need pills but we do need love. Our love is in our hearts and when our hearts are filled with dark dots, we cannot heal. So the trick to healing is faith. Faith in tomorrow, in God or simply that Oprah will loose her weight once more. Faith that our neighbor will not kill our cat or simply faith in curezone to survive all the wars.
