I would go with the vitex before the cream. (although I liked the cream) I do like the vitex. Hveragerthi recommended the yam cream as opposed to the progesterone. (because it work indirectly) Prog. cream isnt recommended longterm, and I think once we get consistently ovulating again we will make our own and wont need it. that's actually my biggest fear of using it-will it stop me from making it naturally?

If we get our progesterone levels up, I believe that will increase testosterone as well-from what I understand progesterone is a precursor to it. I did notice a difference in my libedo since I started the progesterone cream. If you want to go that route, just make sure you follow the instructions. too much is not a good thing i think....

I dont know how long it takes after we clear out our livers that our estrogen will balance. Hveragerthi-you out there? Help?

Gotta go fishing now-god help me-I have a hook phobia. cub scouts.......
