Have to jump in, here. Spent the last couple of days doing extensive cleansing, yesterday, ending with coffee enema and SWF. By late evening, I was pretty clear. This morning, did a plain water enema for 10 minutes - Nothing but almost clean water. Followed with the same volume of ACV - about a qt with 3 tbsp of ACV. I barely get in before expelling. Doesn't take much time at all, immediately follow with plain water. Instantly I got a ton of stuff that came out and later, following another SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) elimination of a lot more stuff and brown sediment. Without a doubt, ACV is a power wash which knocks stuff loose that any othe enema just won't touch.
