I did, thanks for asking. I did them 3 times wedns and 1 yesterday am. I didnt really notice feeling "worse" on them, but boy, something sure "cleansed" from me wedns. pm, hahaha! GOD that stuff tasted AWFUL. (No offense H :) I have been feeling really bloated, but I also just got the flow again. I am not too worried about the anemia right now-I'll toss some iron back into my diet and hopefully that will do the trick. Of course, I am in diar need of a haircut, and I am afraid my hairdresser is going to fall over when she sees what she has to work with! Oh well.....
