You see them on certain days just like I do. Your ground temperature, pressure and humidity are very different from that of 35,000 ft

Use a flight tracker from your closest airport and you will see the flights not only arriving and departing, but the flights just passing over head that are flying at much higher altitudes.

You'll be able to predict the days that you'll see persistant spreading contrails

Here's a link that will show you areas of the country that are likely to produce persistant contrails.

The green and yellow circles indicate the best areas for persistant contrails.

The parts of the country that are without circles will be the areas of the country that don't report chemtrails(persistant contrails)
