Starting today I will begin the 7 day Liver Flush and will report to you how it went. Everyone needs to regularly flush your liver and this is easy so yes am a bit lazy these days so thought I would give this a try. It is delicious have to say. Here is what I am taking.

I put in the whole peeled fruits of
1/2 grapefruit
1/2 lemon
1 orange
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 cup of water
1/4-1/2 cup of olive oil (start out slow)

First chop the garlic very fine and put in blender along with the fruits and blend on high speed until frothy. Then add the water and oil and blend for a few minutes until very foamy and drink all at once. This can be done first thing in the morning or before you sleep as long as you did not eat two hours prior.
