I have tried everything from garlic to threelac to beat candida, but my symptoms have never gotten worse or better.

I know I have candida, because I took an candida antibody test.

I also convinced my GP to give me a course of fluconazole, I could only get him to give me 10 days of 50mg.

This made no difference.

Because I know I have a candida problem, but NOTHING works - what am I supposed to do??

What makes things worse is I have no visible symptoms in order to check if progress is being made.

The symptoms I do have, are:

- Aches & pains
- Eye floaters - Massively bad now. I will be seriously visually impaired by next year
- Memory & speech problems, not severe
- Bloating & constipation
- Heart palpitations after eating
- Kidney pain in the morning
- Big bags under eyes


As you can see, the candida has affected my major organs - But I am a 'healthy' 24 year old, with no yeast rashes or anything.

Do I give up & go back to my old ways of eating bags of yoghurt covered dried bananas & crystallised ginger?

or do I stick to oatcakes and hummus???
