Yes, guilt. From losing my wits when I *know* better. But all in the moment.

I am realizing how I'm getting stuck in the past. Been thinking....I can choose to be whoever I want to be in the moment.

I have some big quesitons for myself......I know the answer but have been putting the opposite into practice, it seems.

I've lost focus. That's OK, really. Trust, I wouldn't know what it was if I didn't know what it wasn't.
