That's what I've been doing too. I take pharma grade Vitamin C every 3-4 hours through the day, because of the high Lead found on the metals test. I've thought about taking the Lugol's through the day like Newport said the Gerson therapy protocal is..but I'm not quite sure how to fit it in with the vitamin C if it needs to be taken with time in between.

I am familiar with Hanford, but I haven't read much about the releases from there too- I'll start looking it up. I have relatives that worked there.
