You may already know this but when you need a sweet look for things made with evaporated cane juice... it's the REFINED SUGAR that is so bad. organic evaporated cane juice is not refined... looks like sugar tastes like sugar, is (unrefined) sugar. The herb Stevia is great for no calories. I have heard that sweetners like Agave are good too.
