Coconut oil works great to keep the bowels moving!

I am almost finished with my first Humaworm cleanse. I was concerned about the same thing you are. I have chronic constipation. I had seen some cool benefits with coconut oil (with regards to oil pulling) and read that it can help with constipation as well. So I have been taking 2-3 tablespoons a day for a few weeks and things are running VERY SMOOTHLY now. It's awesome! I got so excited about it that I bought a gallon of Nutiva coconut oil online for $45. I eat by the spoonful or put it on toast or popcorn.

I am also putting it on my skin and hair and seeing some great benefits.

Drinking lots of water is also very important on Humanworm. I got a worm out that was over a foot long and lots of other nasty stuff. Humaworm works!
