Thanks for the info, NewUK. NO, I wouldn't be using them for constipation - I go about 1-2 times a day, somedays more. I work from home so there's really no need to hold it in! LOL

I had heard about enemas being good for expelling Candida and that's what I was curious about.

Yep, I've tried Chinese Meds...had a great acupuncturist and was seeing good results, until she started to get a little "too successful" and then she started losing her people skills...or at least, in the capacity of dealing with patients when she was a smaller operations. Well, I quit her and am on the fence about either trying her again or searching out someone else. Yes, I also took Chinese herbs, etc. Can't say I saw a huge difference in my candida symptoms b/c I feel them every day and they just blend into my life now...BUT it did help my hormonal migraines when I was getting the acupuncture treatments.
