Sounds like you are lacking adequate alkaline minerals, and thus building up acids in yr skin, the lumpy lymph nodes, etc..

Best, cheapest, most effective solution to be found at the Ask Moreless forum.

BTW, do NOT take Iodine before you check the info at Ask Moreless regarding why that is a VERY BAD IDEA!!!
