Yeah I had been storing it in my cupboard for over a week until I realized all the other greens powders I'd ever had said to put them in the fridge, but I'm sure they had fats or something like that, that would go rancid.

Good to know, back in the cupboard they go! Thanks for the tips on cayenne, good to know there is an acclimation period and I'll be able to move beyond 1/8 tsp at some point lol!
