What you have described as others have said, is a mineral deficiency..

You might have parasites that are sucking up what you need..

you need NEED to clean, and then alter or enhance your diet..

Clean your:

GI track
Kidney
Liver

This will get your body going on being able to absorb what you need.

With your condition, do you have low energy and tire easily also?
