RO is great at removing a lot of the chemicals and other impurities in water but it's the minerals that precipitate out into the arteries and joints. Sooooo, distilled water it is. Like drinking rainwater. Evaporation - condensation - distilled. You know - rain.

I started drinking distilled water when I returned from the war waaaaayyyyy back in Feb 1971.

A year ago I had my cardio vascular system checked out. Hmmmmm, the cardio of a 35 year old. Do the math. It works.

Distilling eliminates the minerals. RO doesn't.
