I am already doing this.
maybe i am not doing it properly..

Before this "SHIT" happend to me i also did this.
Been educated as a personal training instructor and live very healty..
I eat only food from scratch, i do not use food with unatural products and i used to exercise 6 days a week.
That is also why i dont understand why the hell this happend to me..

but i will try to be even more strict.
