Hey girlfriend...

See what kind of difference you have next month. Once we get the heaviness off of our uteruses (uteri?) and they can breathe again, they work SO MUCH better. It might take a couple of months. We are all so different, and our bodies kinda decide on their own what they want to heal first. But I tell ya, my periods were 7-10 days long, practically hemorrhaging, the entire cycle was a short 25-28 days long, and I had screamy/teary she bear PMDD for 7-10 days each month. Do the math to see how many days a month I felt good.

My last cycle was a dream come true. No PMS at all, and the period itself was short and sweet. Instead of feeling cruddy, I feel beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Just wait. :-D

Oh, btw, Uny and I are talking about making the Female Formula. Neither of us have taken it, so we aren't going to offer it yet. But once we test it and see how our bodies respond, we'll put it out there for you girls. I think the men will be VERY happy with the results. :-)
