Hey no problem. Another important thing is to avoid letting your thoughts take you to dramatic conclusions. It is crucial to not live in fear when these symtpoms surface, because fear only worsens one's condition. I can assure you that the body is very capable of recovering from many illnesses if we give it the right tools. Even illnesses that conventional medicine thinks are incurable (such as AIDS, cancer, etc.), are in my opinion curable and have been cured, based on my research. I am living proof of this myself, after having come from the dead.
