well, by everything i mean all my big guns. no silver bullets here. but they have kept me up and running. i am not bed ridden, which would have been the case by now. no, hospitalized. hydration was the first thing i ensured.

i have hit the vit C pretty hard - 20 grams in a day.

i definitely have to go to juice only until i get it under control. its a no brainer. i have made myself a petri dish long enough. time to do what i KNOW works.

i must have been bored. this is pretty interesting.
