Well the pdf blocked up my computer and I had to shut the whole thing down. Not a good thing.

I was eating a healthy kousimine-budwig detox breakfast when I first started the pdf and I got sick to my stomach from all the fat. If anything was going to make me give up meat, you did it for sure. No body in their right mind would eat that stuff. My choice is vegetarian and raw.
