Thats the number #1 thing I applaud you (and others) on, Doing all this while still living in this world(and even worse the USA). Some ppl do have amazing circumstances where there in some special part of the earth where these things are readily available and are considered the norm. But most of us dont!!! All I find in pursuing health is roadblock after roadblock because of our American culture and the PTB.So ROCK ON girl, your a great example to us all!!
