Yes I took Solgar Mag, Citrate 2 capsules - 400mgs. From my understanding most magnesium supplements are very poorly absorbed - apparantly this is why we cannot get our levels up. All I ever seemed to get was dirrohea/loose stools. However the spray bypasses the gut allowing better absorbtion - this has been my experience. I have been so impressed with the results from the spray but its no good if I am just encouraging my candida to grow. I find I cannot manage without it though or my symptoms creep back...insomnia, severe anxiety, restless legs, heart palpitations, muscle aches, tinnitis, trembling/shaking, poor liver detoxification but my overall symptoms of candida have not improved. I still cannot tolerate hardly any foods or supplements, terrible allergies...and the rest. I agree it is confusing but I really hope magnesium doesnt encourage the growth of candida. This is worrying.
