No sorry cheshire I dont remember what everyone took (apart from one person who used mag.glycinate). I am using the spray myself in quite high doses but I dont think this was around when the folks I knew recovered their health. When I got better previously (have since relapsed - major stress) I took Magnesium Citrate with no problems.
