Eating healthy and staying away from processed Foods & sugars is the best way to go...But the HumaWorm Formula is gonna kill the worms regardless...The Herbs are so Fresh & Powerful that they will do what they're suppose to do even if you're eating too much candy..

Humaworm.com does not suggest a "diet" while taking the Humaworm formula but they don't suggest you eat every piece of junk-food in sight...

They are not able to grind up "will-power" into a powder form and stick it in a capsule..We have to practice "will-power" on our own...
