I am new to this board or any board. But I was reviewing some of your posts. I went through the same thing with food intolerances . I have Lyme and from what i understand it told my body I was allergic to everything. I couldnt eat corn or any corn products. I couldnt eat tomatoes, onions, cheese, and anything else made with those and other items. I finally found a great holistic allergist MD in Arlington. He does a treatment called LDA "Low Dose Antengen" I went every other month and had 2 shots under my forearm skin. I was on a strick 3 day diet, but by the 2 sets of shots I could eat again. I went through this for a year with a total of 6 sets of 2 shots. I have not had a shot in six months but I can still eat whatever I want with no pain or flu symptoms.
