Well most of them are fried and unhealthy such as cauliflower fried and put in makloba which is fried chicken and then layer the fried cauliflower and then the rice with more oils. Yuk.\

Ok, they have a basic tomato and cucumber salad.

They have eggplant fried.

They have regular corn on the cob.

They have many lettuce salads

The do make pickled veggies.

But your basic vegetarian meals other than something used with lentils not usually.
