I believe some foods are not entirely digested on our own behalf without some assistance, like that offered through the Vita-Mix. It takes any solid and liquefies it completely saving your digestive system a lot of energy.

Yes, you can throw the whole pineapple in core and all. The parts of fruit you typically throw away because of the unpleasant taste or coarseness, will be cherished and choice fruit with the Vita Mix. Throw in the core, skin and seeds, the very living parts of the plant and you will find it deliciously energizing :)

"I looked at all the customer reviews from everywhere that sells it and they all had 5 stars except one person gave it a 1 star because they thought it came with a 7 year warranty and it only came with a 3 year, the company responded saying when you register the machine they extend the warranty 4 more years so really thats no complaints at all which is great. Many customers have had their machines for way over the 7 years, I think one lady had had hers for 20 years. I'm going to go shopping for my Vita-Mix."

You will LOVE LOVE LOVE your Vita Mix! Yes, you need to register your purchase if you want the warranty :) I believe my mother has an 8 year warranty on her's. I try to use my Vita Mix a few times a day and it's still going strong. I don't take supplements or vitamins because nothing beats the nutrients derived from a green smoothie.

You're very welcome Willow :) You will not taste the greens at all. Just a silky smooth fruity taste. With spinach you can add a lot and not taste it with little amount of fruit. With kale it is trickier. It's all a matter of preference. Have fun experimenting! Now every green is a raw dietary option and yummy! And let me know how it goes :)
