hi Quinta_Essentia, thanks for your suggestion. I have tried working on an emotional/spiritual level before but it didn't help. I even have the book " energize your heart".

I seldom go out even to nature because the heart palpitation is really irritating me and i felt breathless from it sometimes to even do anything. I had a hard time falling asleep feeling the palpitations. I am guessing it is not heart issue but other toxins or issues causing it?

I can't confirm so i need some advice from people here.
