I thoroughly enjoyed your post and you plotted how it helped you to be successful as I had a failed water fast. The flossing is an interesting point as my mom is a Seven day adventist and they live approximately 20 percent longer and one reason is flossing. Well, it is so nice to see someone who is living the faith healing and a real pleasure to read your post.

I am a big believer in faith healing. I am a big believer that I am here for a reason and anyone who has been there as I was will tell you that weight loss has to be done for yourself as we get too tired of pleasing others.
