sorry Kara-I just saw this. cant really help with the ibs or the meds, other than saying its all interelated, and getting proper nutrition is key. My bms are actually like clockwork. (although, with this new multi they seem to be changing) I took the enzymes b/c I was dropping a lot of weight, and he didnt think I was absorbing the food I was eating. have you looked up any other natural remedies for IBS-i would think there must be something out there that is more gentle?
