hmmmmmm never had it before... your cycle begins anew the first day of your period.. if the last day of your period was last week (7 days ago) and your period lasts anywhere from 3-7 days, if might well be just cervical mucus prior to ovulation. i think your fast may have changed things up a bit for you. you want the cervical mucus there to protect your reproductive environment. that's a good thing. i know when i was in the middle of fasting (only for 2 days lol) my period was brought about 6 days early. i'm sure fasting has an organizing effect on hormones. but i don't think it's a place for detoxification as that would interfere with potential reproduction. it's all an enigma to me! if there is no strange order or any comfortable itching, i wouldn't worry about it :) However, I'd worry if the discharge continued. Has it stopped?
