A question I have not been able to find an answer for in D'Adamo's books is:
When one has the blood type A pos (for example) this is their phenotype. Their genotype can be either AA+-, AA++, AO+- or AO++, having inherited 2 alleles, one from each parent (A and + being dominant over O and -)
How would it affect the Blood Type Diet if you have both the O allele and the A allele? Wouldn't you have characteristics of both these blood groups?
Thanks
