not usually one to trump products but try blessed herbs products , they will really 'get you moving'.i tried one of their Colon Cleanse packs and it's the real deal.

as to your other symptoms there that to me points to some kind of mineral or vitamin deficiency (receding gums , feeling cold , low heart rate.green juices would be a good idea but make sure to space them around any Colon Cleanse program so they dont get binded in with the bulking agents.
