I was hoping someone could answer a couple questions for me.

Does Water Fasting help with sagging skin..Like if you lose a substantial amount of weight very quickly on a fast what will happen? Will it sag horribly or does the Water Fasting help it to return to normal quicker? I thought I had read something about this before but cant remember right now.

Does Water Fasting help with brown spots on skin..like sun damage?
