It'll taste alive! Take it in a spoon, let your mouth taste it. It can be taken on an empty stomach if it doesn't stimulate your adrenals too much. If so, take it with a bit of juice and an egg or something. Something with B vitamin already in it.

I hope you found a place with a good price. I know the company is out of Round Rock (outside of Austin) so if you found a good price from a distributer in FL - good for you!

The co-enzymated stuff also listed in this thread has been helpful to me as well. All hail B vitamins! And put more berries in your smoothies! :)
