Perhaps your kidney function is low. Have you thought about backing up off the Iodine and doing a few weeks of IP6? Read within this forum words on IP6. I think it might help you a great deal. It calms the nerves, helps with Depression and will help get you better ready for the detox reaction that Iodine creates. It's not that Iodine is bad, at all, but if your kidney function is low, you might have a hard time supping with it.
